Before Day One

So, I start tomorrow, I will go shopping and then start my baking adventure. I am baking through the "TasteodHome Baking" Timeless Recipes From Trusted Home Cooks. I am going to bake 780 recipes in 2.5 years. I am starting with Lemon Drop Cookies. Well talk to you then!

Ok, so my favorite movie, ever, is Julie & Julia. That is more or less where I got the idea for this blog. I absolutely love baking and try to do it as much as I possibly can. So, my parents poked some and I decided to do this. I am going to bake through the "TasteofHome Baking" cookbook. My goal: Bake through 780 recipes in 2.5 years. Believe it or not, that is my short time goal, my long time goal/pipe dream is to open a bakery/cafe and to do that i nedd to learn to bake, so that is what I am going to do bake.
